Vinyasa is the act of moving with the breath, it is a stringing together of many movements in order to create a dance with body and breath, teaching us to focus all of our awareness on the present moment and task.
My classes are built to suit every level of practice, and I do encourage beginners to take a preliminary private session to get started, this allows me to offer you unique and one-on-one training so you can build a foundation of knowledge, learn what is best for your body, and become prepared to enter group sessions. Each class is taught based around developing a deeper connection to the way we move and how our breath both anchors and fuels us. We use yoga as an incredibly powerful tool to step back into our own skin and develop a lasting relationship there.
All classes take place at Element Hot Yoga, Raleigh NC.
Monday 7:30 PM - Warm, Slow, Deep *This class is focused on conscious, steady movement. Time is given to adjust and feel deeply into postures. I offer ample hands on assists to refine alignment.
Wednesday 6 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow 7:30 pm - Warm, Slow, Deep
Friday 4:30 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow 6 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow Saturday 1 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow
