Vinyasa is the act of moving with the breath, it is a stringing together of many movements in order to create a type of dance with body and breath, focusing all of your awareness on the present moment.
All of my classes are built to be all levels, and I do encourage beginners to take a preliminary private session or a few Gentle classes to get started, learning safely and consciously is the way for yoga to really work it's magic! Each class is taught based around developing a deeper connection to the way we move and how our breath both anchors and fuels us. We use yoga as the incredibly powerful tool it is to step back into our own skin and develop a lasting relationship there.

Wednesday 4:30 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow 6 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow
Friday 4:30 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow 6 pm - Hot Vinyasa Flow Sunday 5:30 pm - Warm Candlelight Flow & Restore *This class incorporates slow, focused movement and ends with 30 minutes of restorative practice on the ground. It's excellent for winding down at the end of the week!
